Pickleball players – Put more emphasis on your 4th shots. Location is the priority and generally it’s going to be a shot that makes the approaching team feel pressure. If I’m receiving a 3rd shot drop, I’m looking to use my strength, forehand roll to keep my positional advantage. If I am facing a drive, then I have worked on my punch volley to stay aggressive and punch it deep. If you find yourself playing too conservative and hitting a neutral ball in play, work on becoming a better 4th shot player!
